There was no explanation or anything it was just very rude and so I said forget it all and just walked away. By the time we got back inside I was frustrated to say the least, when I made it back to the counter the first thing the gentlemen said was okay and theres an extra insurance charge the cheapest you can do is $300 so you will do that one and we can process your payment I need your card. I thanked the other actual helpful employee and then the one who was originally helping us just got another attitude towards me and said whatever you can have that one then come back inside so we can finish your payment. ![]() Then another employee came over and started laughing and called the employee over and said "man that's not even an L4" and pointed to another much bigger car and said, "that's the car they need bro". When we got to the garage, he showed us a Nissan rogue and when I said well that wont work he again cut me off and said Well that is the biggest car we have so I can't help you any further and started to walk away again leaving us in the garage. ![]() We specifically had reserved and asked for at least a 7-seater due to our family size, he got an attitude and said "well you will just get whatever we have so if you have an issue with it I guess just follow me to the garage and you see can see for yourself." So we walked out (he actually walked very fast and completely left us behind). Then when asked about the car we reserved he quickly cut me off and said, "yeah we won't guarantee the car you booked is here, you will just get what we have". From the moment we walked up to the counter the gentlemen helping us was very rude and had an attitude towards us for no reason.
